Dear Gary,

My family's relationship with your firm goes back to 1947, when my father purchased his first California real estate investment from your father.

In the past 20 years, I have invested in eight properties with your company, both directly and as trustee for my daughters. Your management company negotiated the purchases, set up the investment vehicles in conjunction with an attorney, and then takes care of all aspects of property management.
