Our company was founded & established in 1947 by Sigmund D. Herman, an architect & certified public accountant. Coming from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Herman & his family relocated to the beautiful area of Los Angeles to carry out our company's mission.
Since 1947, our firm has specialized in the sales, leasing & management of industrial real estate in Southern California, with emphasis in Los Angeles County. Our sales activity includes both User Buyers & Investor Buyers. We currently manage approximately 4 million square feet of leased industrial buildings for both outside owners & for partnership/tenants in common investor groups our office has developed.
In 1960, our firm's management established leadership roles in both the American Industrial Real Estate Association, and the Los Angeles Association of Realtors. These leadership roles have allowed our management team the opportunity to develop & maintain an excellent relationship with our fellow industrial real estate brokers & salespersons.
With a strong leadership, dedicated staff & years of experience, we believe our many assets are proven very important & valuable to the owners we represent.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & HARD WORK HAS BUILT THIS COMPANY.
TRUST & PROFESSIONALISM HAS PROTECTED ITS INTEGRITY.
